Patrick Odess is the founder and CEO of City/State Computer Services, Inc. (CSCS, Inc.). He became a member of the Rhode Island Heritage Hall of Fame board in 2010. Born on July 3, 1952 in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania, Patrick relocated to Rhode Island in 1970 after enlisting in the United States Navy.
Patrick was stationed aboard the USS Detroit out of Newport, Rhode Island, and made Rhode Island his home after completing his service. He served as an Information Technology Advisor to Governor Bruce Sundlun in 1992 for his transition team, and his Company, CSCS, Inc., has provided I.T. services to Federal, State, and local government since 1985.
For over 15 years Patrick Odess has been both an Honorary Sponsor and Contributor to Saint Jude Children’s Research Hospital along with the Feed the Children Charity for more than 10 years. Patrick and his wife, Elizabeth, reside in Barrington, Rhode Island and enjoy spending their time with their four children and grandchildren.
